Returns Policy
We are committed to selling quality products however it is understood that for one reason or another you
might want to exchange or return a product you have purchased from Ardent.
Before ordering check that you are purchasing the right product and once ordered please make sure that
you check items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your
receipt or order number as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
If you have purchased products incorrectly and so long as you return them to Ardent, unused, in their original
undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt you’ll be given a credit or a refund
for the cost of the products (not postage).
If a product is faulty (within the first year from the purchase date) you must email us at
returns@ardentdl.com stating your order no. and describing the fault.
Once we have been in communication with you (you will need to show proof of purchase) we will arrange for collection of
the product and a replacement product will be sent out to you. We do not offer a refund policy at this point.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
If the products fails outside of the first year from the purchase date and the product does not carry an
extended manufacturers warranty then email us at returns@ardentdl.com
stating your order no. and describing the fault. We will do are utmost to rectify the situation with the manufacturer
of the product however it will be on a best endeavours basis and there is no guarantee that a replacement or
refund will be given. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
